Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This notice applies to Washington residents under the My Health My Data Act and to consumer health data that AlienTech Services LLC d/b/a Nest Patrol Tech processes through NestPatrol.
What we treat as consumer health data
Consumer health data may include safety signals related to self-harm language, alert records in that category, and precise location that could indicate an attempt to seek health services.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to operate parent-enabled safety features, surface possible risks to the parent account, secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell consumer health data or use it for advertising.
How we collect it
Public collection may begin only after the parent creates an account, confirms legal authority, receives the required notice, completes the consent process presented during enrollment, and enables the applicable safety or location feature. The production consent record and withdrawal controls remain release requirements. Affected public collection must stay disabled until those controls are implemented and verified.
Who we share it with
We may share the consumer health data described above with service providers that host, process, secure, or deliver the service under contract, and where required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm to a person. Categories may include cloud hosting and storage, security and error monitoring, notification delivery, and AI or classification processing where a feature requires it. NestPatrol has no specific affiliates with which it shares consumer health data. We do not share it for advertising.
Where consent to sharing is required, the request is separate from consent to collect consumer health data and describes the categories involved, purpose, recipients, and how to withdraw consent.
Your rights
You may ask whether we collect your consumer health data, request access to it, learn who received it, withdraw consent, and request deletion. Email support@nestpatrol.com with My Health My Data in the subject. We will verify your identity and respond without undue delay and within 45 days, subject to one permitted extension when reasonably necessary.
A verified deletion request applies to live systems and requires notice to processors and other recipients. Deletion from archived or backup systems may be delayed only as permitted by law.
Appeals
If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing support@nestpatrol.com with Consumer Health Data Appeal in the subject. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
